You must have saved it as a jpg in which case it will only have saved one frame of the animation. When you do 'save as' or 'save image' you need to change the 'save as type' bar to 'gif' - if it won't give you any options other than jpg or 'all files' choose 'all files' but make sure that in the bar above where it says 'anim-bloody-computer.jpg' that instead of 'jpg' it says 'gif'.
