I presume this guy was hired to prevent anti-social behaviour, rather than promote it
... But I spent a couple of years in Nottingham in the 60s; and a big knock-down-drag-out in Slab Square after the bars closed was the norm ... maybe the folks in Nottingham have a different definition of anti-social behaviour than those living in the rest of the country
