My wife and I are coming down later this month for the Tuesday night game v Morecambe. (The Accrington and Morecambe scores are always the first I check for when I get home from the match).

Looking for some advice though and have a few questions:-

1) I’ve heard there's a couple of chip shops near the ground – which one do you guys recommend? (Tracey's or The Oakley?)
2) I know the Crown, Oakley Tavern and Greyhound pub are all nearby – would you suggest a mini pub crawl or are there one or two to be avoided? Or is it best to try the bar inside the ground?
3) Are there 2 or 3 star players that I should perhaps look out for?
4) We’re staying overnight in the town centre so if you know of any decent restaurants and/or pubs in the centre then I’d appreciate any insider knowledge.
5) I realise its probably ironic (and likely wont go down too well) that I like both sides considering they’re both from Lancashire but I'm therefore wondering if this is the big derby match-up that both sets of fans look forward to when the fixtures are first announced?
