Thanks for the info .... tend to agree it ain't a competition ... and it is sad at any age: sad to see someone so young dying, and also sad to see how it savages someone who has always been so strong ... and it's such a hit and miss thing .... Bobby Robson reminds me of Gordie Howe, one of the great hockey players of all time ("Mr. Hockey" and "Mr. Elbows.") I find the physical resemblance striking ... as is their lifetime commitment to a sport they loved, and excelled at ... yet Howe, born in '28 is still going strong ... I think I am trying to say, that having cancer is the luck of the draw ... but that doesn't make it any easier .... anyhow, I'm wandering again, time to go eat.
