I'm sure you would doubt them Mancie, living in that dream world.

The hard truth is that there is no magic wand to wave over the economy to make it all better again. Whoever you lend your vote to at the next election, there's going to be no quick fix. It took a long time to turn our country around from being the sick man of Europe, but they did it. This current government inherited a rock solid economy, it was of course squandered. Investment has wasted on a grand scale and we're up to our necks in debt.
I wouldn't call the arson to put out the fire.
