I only hope that O'Neil and whoever else involved from the present board,behind the scenes in this whole fiasco ( Mr Khan & Mr Marsden excepted) are.... frantically trying to figure out a way to sort out this mess and fast...all this despite seemingly ignoring the best efforts of two aforementioned and very genuine men who are fighting hard to try and aid the clubs very survival....
To be met by, what seems to me ( and in my humble opinion ) Contemptuos silence,on the part of O'Neil and others within the present make-up of the club's present board, only serves to vindicate all the opinions levelled against them by others on this forum....
Just less than 36 hours now to meet the
FINAL DEADLINE.....NO MORE REPRIEVES from the high court. The words spoken by the judge presiding last Wednesday said it all...LAST CHANCE..FINAL...
To the Mr O'Neil and present board / and any other party involved in all this (Mr Khan and Mr Marsden excluded) I only have one thing to say....
If you, the present Chairman and board and all others involved behind the scenes, who may at this time seem invisible or anonymous,... allow this club to fold, then your actions/inactions throughout this whole sorry shambles will probably catch you all up...By NO means do I personally mean that as some sort of vague or veiled threat,
NO. By the last paragraph, I mean that,should the worst come to the worst,should the club be wound up on Wednesday morning, I would assume that once the official receiver is called in to preside over the winding up of this club, he/she will probably uncover whatever skeletons linger inside the closet, and then matters will be in the hands of officials who will leave no stone un-turned.
Your actions / inactions, be they present chairman,board member or whoever else involved in this sorry fiasco, will probably come back to haunt you all with a vengeance.
To quote Mr O'Neil...." leave the sleepless nights to me !!!"
With all that in mind, will O'Neil et al involved behind the scenes,(other than Messrs Khan and Marsden, although they too are probably losing sleep along with all genuine fans of this club) sleep any easier tonight or tomorrow????
