This dictionary started out as a single book, known as DNB. It is now a massive digitalised archive.It is still called DNB. Lancashire Library have free access to it. I don't know if individual members with 'readers' tickets' have this too, but I know that the Local Studies librarian has searched it and brought out every reference to Accrington/Hyndburn.
