This item is brand new and unused. Has been fully built and with original instructions but no box - hence low price. I bought this on whim and now need the space (read that to mean hubby not very happy

). Would be great in sand, snow or indoors with wooden bricks! It is very big. A friend has one and her boys of five and girl of two LOVE it.
