I do believe - and I maybe wrong

- that it is Lancashire County Council, that is the spanner in the works!! The club and Mick, are just doing what they are being told, if not then I am sorry! Anyway Mr. Miller appears to have had some meaningful conversation with the club and it looks like all is well
