They're probably referring to Sir Edward (William) Elgar 1857-1934. famous for his Enigma Variations, but probably more renown for his Patriotic "Pomp & Circumstances Marches" (think last night of the Proms) all jolly British & stiff upper lip stuff. But probably banned now by some swipe in an office as we'll bloody well upset someones, sensibilities somewhere across the known World.
