I would like to know where are these 'three one bedroomed flats advertised on the HBC website'
. I have looked and not seen. I am registered with B-with-us and each week there are between 30 and 40 tenancies advertised in the 'social housing' sector.
I did not think that HBC retained any housing when the big transfer to Hyndburn Homes happened a few years back.
