In other words, you're on your own boys. Point 15 is a belter.
Not really on their own though.

Point 16 actually covers point 15 and you are not allowed to trade if you don't show your insurance. If I was trading in there I would rather deal with my own insurance and make sure I'm covered properly than trust the council.
