I use a map website, <http://www.streetmap.co.uk> to find the streets through England. In addition, if there are any Accrington Greenhalgh family out there, please let me know. I am now trying to research current generation family.

You won't find Higher Fold on any maps printed since 1900. It was bounded by Paradise St, St James St, Holme St, Church St, Warner St, Cross St, Black Abbey St, to Church St.
Some of the streets were Water St, Sink St & Butchers Alley.
