I can see how it works in restaurants, but if you are paying for groceries at Asda surely they will have to ask if you want your bill rounded up....you don't get presented with the receipt until you have paid your money......and how will it be decided what charities you are giving to?
I do not trust
any government to look after money that is meant to be for someone else.
The idea of donating 1% of our income is ludicrous too........it is blatantly obvious that the folk who suggest such a measure are living vastly different lives to the rest of us.
