Not forced to be summat major? from what little i know, theres supposed to be one annually? but thats never been the case, so perhaps there just having one.

Just had a quick look at the link and since I last looked something as changed the Strynge family were the major shareholders now it is a Mr. Andrew Holt with 12% and a rise up to 78% among others maybe this is the reason?
