Re: The no point delaying it we've lost at Bromley thread

The lead up to Bromley’s third goal summed up (one of) Stanley’s problems throughout this season.
Pointless headers to (at best) no-one, but usually an opponent.

In this instance the ball was headed out from Stanley’s box. It was falling towards Woods, who was cocking his leg to receive it, but Coyle jumped in front of him and just wildly headed to the opposition. There was no Bromley player within five yards and the two Stanley players were waiting whispering distance of each other but the ball was just given away.

Coyle is not the only culprit.
It’s driven me crazy all season.
I have too many fingers on my hand to count the number of times Stanley opt to bring a high ball down under control rather than just head it aimlessly back into the air.

Cheer-up Twenty Eight and Haggis. Still 5 games to go, points in front. There's too much "doom mongering" going on. I expect you both at the Wham tomorrow cheering on our young team....and at every remaining home game......It's not over until we're safe....
