Even the charity shops are closing in Accy

just got back from Accy and i noticed that SCOPE has closed down


its a sad state of affairs when even the charity shops are closing

Noticed they are working in the card shop on Broadway, anybody know what is opening there?

Wasnt there something in the accy observer a couple of weeks ago about a disabled shop opening in the arndale .. maybe scope is moving in there ..

i thought that meant a shop for the disabled as in wheelchairs and scooters etc

They closed last week, spokesperson on the radio said it was the only one of their shops in the North west that wasn't busy. They interviewed somebody else and apparently it's because they have very little stock to sell so people go elsewhere.
