Or this for normal hours service

Sound advice from Neil, HBC's environmental services have been known to act and take people to court for noise problems, but it is difficult to get them to act where there is industrial noise involved.

This may help as well

Re: Ibiza

seems to me that this is a damned if you do and damned if you don't situation.

youth clubs provide a safe controlled environment for young people to enjoy themselves of an evening.

i'm quite sure that all the complainers would complain a whole lot more if the said youths, with nothing to do spent their time running riot, vandalising property, hanging round in groups on the streets etc etc.

what would you see as a solution? lock all young people in their rooms untill they are 18?

or is it a case of give them somewhere to go as long as its nowhere near where i live?

I would go along with that.

Yes you are correct with that remark

No that is not the answer, I think that young people should show more respect for
1. Other peoples property
2. Other peoples safety when they get up to their silly antics in cars
3. Accept the fact that other people do not wish to listen to their music, when they are in their own homes, or in their cars at traffic lights.

Are the fireworks not against the new laws to control the use of fireworks
Take the matter up with your local councillor ( is it not PB)
