scum union rd

for the past few weeks the people living at the bottom of chapel street on union rd have been the neighbours from hell!!

drinking all day and night outside there house then fighting in the street till early hours.

nearly all there windows have been put through and the other morning around 5 am they were throwing milk bottles at each other screaming!!!!

so this has been getting on my nerves as i live a street away and i can hear them so it was quite amusing to recieve this through the door this morning.......

sick of the scum at 185a union road

Well you have all the approriate contacts, put them to good use and time will tell, but i'm sure something will be done if enough complaints are made, just don't get the idiots moved to ferngore, there are enough up here already!

Think you need to make a complaint, the more complaints they get the more chance of getting them out.

Re: scum union rd

I drove past last night and saw them all sat outside drinking, and thought to myself that I'm glad I don't live next door.

There were loads on the pavement, is not illegal to drink on the street?

Good luck with your complaint.

Not surprised somebody started a thread about this. The other week when i went into oswins, a group of about 6 or 7 followed me in from that house, they were all drunk and being rowdy. They spent about £40 on vodka, and it felt quite intimidating, then as they were leaving, this girl who was with them proceeds in exposing her chest!.I also notice after driving past this morning that their front window is now boarded up.I hope something is done soon, as the neighbours shouldn't have to put up with morons like them.

jaysay 10-05-2008 16:03

Re: scum union rd

I think one of them lives near me postie cuz when they finish there the seemed to make there way up near my gaff, they don't now they have been warned in no uncertain terms. I would certainly contact HBC and the Police as no-one as to put up with that kind of behavour this day and age

garinda 10-05-2008 16:12

Re: scum union rd

Been informed this afternoon that the house is rented, so if you do complain, and the council gets onto the landlord, that might make it easier to get the matter 'resolved'.

I was waiting for a bus the other day across the road from there, and they were all out! The front door was wide open and I could see into the front room and that there was a toddler bout 18 months/2 years sat on the sofa! Poor little thing it would have only taken them to not be paying attention for seconds for him to be out on the road!

Yup, just drove past and it's party central.

I wish I could find the money to be drunk 24/7.

At least you can't see how dirty their windows were, now they're boarded up.

I'll admit that I haven't.

They've never had the baby outside when I've been passing so I've never actually seen him/her. If I saw something that really worried me I wouldn't know where to ring but I'm sure I'd find out and would do it.

People are possibly being put off reporting them for fear of reprisals. :(

In order to get an ASBO you need to gather evidence, in the form of logging all the dates and times of incidents, I don't think a bit of covert filming or photographs would go a miss either, however don't take photo's of the child as it will be frowned upon.
