Work in Rhyddings Park
 

Just to let everyone know. Work on some of the paths in Rhyddings Park will be started next week. There may be restricted access on some paths whilst the work is being done.

As far as I know, though, there aren't any areas that will be out of bounds, just some areas that may need a bit of a detour to get to.

I haven't got the plan for the work so don't know which order it's beind done in.

Sorry for any inconvenience but it's long overdue so we're very excited that it's happening.

i wont be going up for a while, was up there on sunday and some of the paths were flooded. especially bad was the path at the bottom of the new play area.

That's very kind Jaysay but all we do is bug the parks department until they admit defeat. :D

Just to keep you informed - the large tree near the Fielding Lane entrance is being removed this weekend, in readiness for the work on drainage and paths.
