Emeric Eccles, Pharmacist

I am seeking the whereabouts of a Roy Eccles, son of Emeric who had a chemist's shop in Union Rd. Roy's middle name is (was?) Emeric. He will be 75yrs if still alive. He attended Accrington Grammar School and played in goal for the county schoolboys - maybe for England too. Can you help?
