Ya thats the one thing I miss now I don't get out the same, can't even get the other half to pick some up for me unless she goes to a chippy catering for Glutton Free customers, sh says if you think I'm sitting there while you munch fish and chips, you've another think coming:D

Didn't know there were any that did special diet Battered fish in the Accy area, Jay. Perhaps you could let me know so i can tell me friend who's Coeliac. The only Gluten-free ones she's ever found were up in Silloth and it's a bit far to go!

Could still murder some Fish'n'chips by the way....:D

There isn't mobertol, well not that I know of, but there are one or two knocking about, at least two in Gt Manchester, where Joan goes regularly

she could have an unbattered fish John and some chips I know that it probably doesn't hit the spot in quite the same way.......better than nowt.

Or maybe not...it would have to be cooked in fresh oil, before they had cooked any battered fish......awww, that is sad. I'd still go for chips and peas though.

Ya Margaret ut theres nout like fish and chips in newspaper, wi plenty of salt and viniger on (ups she can't have viniger either):)
