Ooh err - I spotted surveyors on the the spare land on Thwaites road on Friday morning, oh I hope they don't build more houses :(. Has anyone any ideas what could be in store ? :confused:

Yes, but my parents live in Ossy and I spend most of my spare time in Ossy.

I think the land is too marshy if you mean at the back of the houses on Stanhill Lane ?

Can't just see any Planning Applications which could relate to this land, DFO.

Last one was way back in 1974 where HBC applied for Landscape Area Reclamation for this Public Open Space. Well, if I am focusing on the correct piece of land. Does indicate, as Shurm said, quite a few drainage problems.

Will keep a beady eye open.

I think he must mean the land on the corner of thwaites road opposite the school, and next to the nursing home im sure it had planning permission a number of years ago but could have elapsed by now.
