just thought id start a thread about my pets,... pet no;1 is a cat of 8 yrs of age & the silly thing won't come inside the house.her name is kitty.
pet no; 2 is a dog of 5yrsof age. i rescued him from being put to sleep forever .. & he's as mad as an hatter. his name is ...sam
pet.s no4; the fish im up to 11 lovely ones at the moment, mabe i'll add more to the tank. what & how old are your pets.

Are we having bets on the rest of your pets?
I think 11 fish is enough in your small tank. Any more and someone will be winning some money very soon. By all means ask advice on how many to put in at the aquatic shop but don't forget the ones you have will grow bigger.

I have two cats......One is a Maine Coon cat. He is called Monty. I'm not too sure how old he is as he was rescued. From the state of his teeth I think he is probably about 10 years old. He is not a very friendly cat.....and despite residing in the lap of luxury for the last 6 years (with us) he would still bite me if he got the chance.
The other cat is just a plain black and white moggy......she is called Pasha.
She walked into our house 6 years ago just after my hubby had had a stroke.
He was feeling really down and she cheered him up as she was just a kitten then. She is called Pashmina really......and she got that name from the way she drapes herself over hubby's shoulders. He said we were not going to have any more animals before she walked into his life.... but she charmed him and he even paid for her to be spayed.

I have one cat, Dolby, named after Thomas Dolby because he's a Tom cat. He's about 15 years old and not in the best of health. He sleeps about 23 hours a day and his kidney's are packing in. He has to eat special food which he doesn't particularly like so he eats less than he used to.

He's beautiful, and still has the loudest purr ever despite his illness.

i got 3 goldfish - casper stinky and stretch theyre about 3 years old. Cant remember on how long i've had them because it started when my niece was around 2 years old i won goldfish at a fair and bought another company for it and every time one died i just replaced it.

Mez,just wonderin,what happened to pet no 3?

We have this very evening, just bought 2 rabbits,i must be bloody mad! So we now have Lindy our rescue dog age 12, tallulah and buggsy the bunnies and we are building a pond, soon to be filled with fish! I dont even like animals that much, its the kids, im getting soft and saying yes to everything. (so nows the time to ask people) :)

I have a Jack Russell called Top. He will be ten years old on Boxing Day. He was born in Cornwall and travelled here to Tenerife along with us. Not many Russlers have paddled in the Med! There won't be a replacement for him when he goes............my little man!

I don't know how but I've managed to acquire a couple of budgies, Jose and Juanita. Noisy gits!!

lol When i was little we use to have a Lancashire Healer. Theres a woman on the market whos selling pups and id love one. You cant get more northern than them, sooo grumpy. Ours used to bite me all the time, and this was when no-one had ther pets put down for that! I was always in the infirmary being stitched up!

Well, I have a pet .. he is lean, mean, dark-haired with blue eyes. He's no trouble cause don't have to wash him, feed him, cut his toe nails, goes away when I tell him, purrs when I stroke him, begs for my attention, pays his own medical bills, keeps me warm when I am cold, don't have to walk him, pick up his pooh or condemns me for buying that new dress I just had to have... purrrfect!;)

I can't comment about the cat all I've ever seen is a blurred, fur ball running past your back door.

Sadly, no animal pets now, lost me cat last September went AWOL.. just now finding the courage to throw out the catter litter, etc., kept it in hopes he came back. Well, maybe will get another, love British Blues, but expensive. Have lovely cobby faces you just love to pinch.

He never used it .. only there for emergencies, don't miss all the scratches though.

Ah .. The cheshire cat, couldn't do with someone grinning at me all day.. no fat, black and mean .. find me a picture like that Less .. love all the piccies you put up.

Aaaaw, how sweet you are Less (that'll wind him up).

Yep, the one with red eyes/vampire teeth reminds me of my Suggs .. have the scars on me legs to prove it. None on neck though.

May have had to use your recipe at some stage Less, if he had carried on !
Never tasted cat though, wonder what it is like ? .. don't say chicken.

We just have the 1 cat called Button, she is 3 yrs old, we got her from the RSPCA as a kitten when we had to have Babes put to sleep. She is very independent and lives between our house and next door (good job they like cats):)
