Pet dying - owner banned
 

Is there any way anyone else can feed a pet whilst the owner is under a ban?

There's a poor doggy with only 72 hours to live and I've no idea when his owner will be allowed back. (Don't know why he was banned.)

Can any moderator help pleeeaase? :o

I agree with Willow. Is there no way somebody's pet could be placed in the adoption centre temporarily while they are banned. The owner would then have to free their pet when back online and pay the adoption centre costs.:)

What about the poor moggy that died yesterday morning?... Perhaps the anwser it to have a pet warden on the morderator team or smiply a pet moderator.....But I do have to agree with Less, it not real...............:) Maybe all potential owners should be vetted :rolleyes: :)

I am sad to report that Harvey the dog and Kev the slug are about to pass away, they only have a short time left after being dumped in the Adoption centre. :sad8:

Harvey is a male 124 year old kacky brown leg rat with a cute “let me have it expression” is about to croak…….:angel: Kev the little slug is a 6 year old lettuce eater and will die in within the next 144 hours. :bleedht: You can save these little beast if your quick or at least write to your local moderator demanding that these two little innocents be given more time to find a caring idiot (sorry) owner who will look after then and provide love :wub8: and substance. :cheers: ..........

If they are in the adoption centre, they may just be there for a holiday, and will come out in the same state they went in, when the owners return. I'm sure they'll find a home if they are up for adoption though. Our Grego adopted Dave the spider and he is still fighting fit.

I KNOW the petz are not real..... but I still feel sorry if they are hungry or if they are not happy.....and if I am passing a pet I will play with it......how sad is that.

I know exactly how you feel, Margaret. Can you imagine my reaction when I came across a sad doggy today and when I tried to play with her the message I got was that I wasn't permitted to play with her at present. Is that because the poor thing is too hungry or too ill?

What happens to the petz in the adoption centre if no-one adopts them......I have noticed that there are some there with only a few days left......does this mean that they are humanely destroyed or do they just die for want of love and attention????

Willow.... I tried to pet that poor doggy and got the same message.....didn't know if it was permitted to feed it..... but that is what I would have liked to have done.

I think Chewy is about to be come is own name sake :angel:......When he sticks his legs up for the last time he will be come very chewy.........(Forgive me I'm a sick man) but not as sick as the person who left poor chewy here just to die :mad: ........Don't let him die like this someone adopt him..................please don't let him die.

Maybe we should have a whip round and send the poor little b*****s up to Wilstenholme's with pixie and have them all stuffed.....that way we can pet and love them and they would never grow hungery again, or in pixies case....nasty lol. :p :)

Now you've reminded me of something else Doug. :( Wolstenholme's elephant seems to have gone missing. There's now a floral arrangement in the gazebo where it stood.

There was a sort of poppy laden cenotaph type creation around Remebrance Day and I expected the elephant to return afterwards but it hasn't.:s_cry:

How did Wolstenholmes Elephant get into this discussion??????Don't fancy an elephant as a pet....would take too much lettuce to keep it alive.
I am a sucker for soft furry things though. I used to take a suitcase full of cat food on holiday so that I could feed all the stray cats (that was when cat food was £1 a tin in Spain). I used to get some abuse from the spaniards.
