money in hand...bank??

evening to you all.......i have money in my account but my money in hand has run out
how do i get at it..i need to spend like a mad man.......poor little bob is not very happy.
All help is all ways welcome

I spent most of mine trying to train Spike up and get him back to health after Natasha got a bit jiggy!
