First Facebook Divorce!!

A wife discovered her 12-year marriage was over after her husband posted a message on Facebook.

Emma Brady, 39, only learned of the posting when her best friend living in Denmark telephoned to see if she was alright.
The message read: 'Neil Brady has ended his marriage to Emma Brady.'
Her shock was all the greater because she and husband Neil were still sharing a house in Accrington, Lancashire, at the time.

It is believed to be the first time a couple have separated using the social networking website.

The mother-of-one said: 'We were like any other couple. We had our ups and downs but as far as I knew things were fine between us.

I think the story came to light as the result of a court case in which Neil Brady was accused of causing his wife some kind of injury.

This isn't the first case of this happening at all, the papers have got it wrong.

For a start, there was a guy who murdered his wife after she did the same to him. THAT was in the media.
