Just thought you would like to know.

Probably not related actually...

Theo who? I've never heard of this other Walcott, says Sir Clyde - Telegraph

Came across this thread in connection with the Enfield CC thread which has been active today.

I think you're looking for Freddie Frear 9 for 3 against Enfield
Then there was Datu Phadcar, Ray Lindwall, Des Fothersgill, Bill Alley Keith Miller.

Others that come to mind are Fred Hartley Church he threw the ball up in the air to the batsman as if saying come on hit it,not many did.
Another from Church Polly Umrigar, Accy v Church when they painted the score on the wall on Blackburn rd in front of the res.
Ces Pepper Burnley finished as a umpire bet he gave the players a blasting
Johnny Wardle Nelson ex Yorkshire
Keith Barker Enfield another West Indian

One of the best pros I saw in the Lancs League was Chester Watson, was Churches Pro around 1960 think that was the last time Church won the league with Watson as pro his bowling figures that season were unbelievable 9-7 8-6 every week, most clean bowled to, seem to think he settled in Manchester, can never understand why he didn't play more for the West Indies
