Re: Mick Duxbury (ex Man Utd)
Yes ,he was a quiet unassuming kind of lad, used to walk his dog past our house. The dog a Labradour(I think) used to pause on our driveway for a toilet break.
I had great plans to sell the resulting spoil to Stretford enders.Alas Mike moved away. Such is my fickle claim to fame! |

He didn't use the fancy designer shops for his furniture either, I delivered his new suite from that non-glamourous shop that used to be on Blackburn Rd... Accrington Co-Op :D

Re: Mick Duxbury (ex Man Utd)
I was at the Sacred Heart at the same time as Mick ,although he was older than me I was in the same class as Louise Duxbury . I think she may have been his sister Im not 100% sure.
Any one remember a french lad called Alfonso who was at Sacred Heart about the same time? Always amazed me there be a "foreigner" one that sounded foreign as well lol at the school. |
Re: Mick Duxbury (ex Man Utd)
Louise is Micks sister and he has an older sister Ann who is the same age as me
