You cant believe what the bloke said when he rang up!! He said another department was dealing with my account and he couldnt say when i would be connected! I will get a phone call tomorrow when they have contacted bt!when i said well why did you ring me he said you were down for a phone call! Can you believe it!

I do sympathise with you shillelagh, I had similar problems with AOL before Christmas last year. I decided to ditch them, as the answers they kept giving me didn't add up, and the promised disc to sort out my drivers never arrived. The problem started when they sent me an email to update my driver, but the update wasn't for my modem so everyhting went wrong.
Anyway good luck with them.

Okay when i tried the broadband today - it blinked at me! I had signal! So now sorted. You know that phonecall i was supposed to get on Wednesday didnt receive it and didnt get one yesterday either! Hopeless!! Going to be one nasty letter being sent to them for this!
