Forgotten Password

Can anyone help me with this.I have recently got back on broadband after a 6 month lay off but when i went to go back on outlook express it requested my password,which was sent to me previously by NTL & was a combination of letters & numbers and instantly forgetable.I had ticked the 'remember password ' box but this is now greyed out.I know this does'nt explain much but just hoping someone can help:o

Have you tried contacting NTL customer support, they maywell reset your password and send it on to you.
