there ok when tehir srvice is working but a friend of mine wa sleft without phone and internet for over a month while they got there act together and actually aknowledged there was a problem , on top of that they never picked up their customer support line but the sales line was always answered promptly but refused to even transfer you to a technician claiming they were unable to do so even when yu explained you were having to use a neighbours phone because their service was down

no wonder they were on watchdog

even if they go bust someone will take over so hopefully they will be better at customer care

eeek I'm with tiscali, for phone calls and broadband!

Although it might just push me into going over to cable which I have been meaning to do, just don't like the idea of the mess :o

See Carphone Warehouse has bought them. Good, stops me worrying now. Although never had any trouble with them at all.

Sorry cash, completely wrong there.

Had Tiscali for years and years - since 56k dial-up - and they've never let us down. Broadband has always been fast and reliable, and our TV & phone package has been great too. In fact I've known people with similar deals on Sky/BT to be much worse off.
