Looking For Someone Local For Web Design

Hi im looking for someone to create me a web site, I want it professional looking and with the options of a photo gallery where i can easily upload photos to. The domain and hosting is already set up i just need a good web designer now.

I would prefer someone local who isnt over the top with prices and was wondering if anyone on accyweb could do it or knew someone who could.
