iPad, iPhone, Mobile

I have a cheeky request to users of these devices to check out my Gobbinland site to see if it breaks or if it works OK. I don't have any of these devices, only desktop computer, but in theory Gobbinland.com should adjust to different viewport widths. However, I've seen descriptions of mobiles which claim to put 960 pixels width on a small screen, and this probably makes the site illegible. I was wondering if your mobiles or devices were doing something similiar and whether I need to design for specific devices rather than just viewport width in pixels.

Thanks!

I have a MID device and that picks up your site with no problems at all, easily readable too.
I know you were talking about iPads, iPhones and the like(the expensive devices), but I just thought it would be useful to tell you that I can get your site too.

There's so many devices out there, people can see a website in all kinds of different ways. So I am hoping my site can at least be readable even on the most obscure mobiles. I never heard of a MID before but it sounds like there'll be a lot of them around. So thanks, Margaret, that's great feedback and good to know the site is easily readable.

The MID is a generic device......mine has the same guts(or should I say internal workings) as the Samsung Galaxy Tablet, but because it is not marked with the Samsung brand,it is cheaper to buy.
