Just tried it with a few known people.
It can't find them, I have heard its a beta trial,
and only covers parts of Southern England.

They were saying on BC Breakfast this morning that its far better than when the last census went on line and it crashed the system. They were also saying that it costs about £2-50 to use, was thinking of trying it later to see if I can find my Granddads family (Dads Father)

Just had a play finding family members in various part of the country, including my mum and dad, and they all came up. The initial search is free, it costs to get further details.

Like fish on a hook.

Free to find the name, but it costs to know any of the details.

Libraries often (well, Rawtenstall does) have free access to online census sites, I hope this one gets added to them too.
