Whalley House, Accrington

Does anyone know anything about Whalley House in Accrington where John Harwood lived with his wife Sarah according to the 1911 census?

Think its the one near the Grey Horse on Whalley Road. Its actually on the corner of Cromwell Street and Whalley Rd - Clayton le moors side of the road. Its where Bill Tattersall who owned Tattersalls Typewriter shop in Warner Street lived at one time. Last I knew t'was a residential home.
