I'm guessing that it's the Town Hall. The stone that the Market Hall is built from, is of a slightly darker hue than this, or maybe it's a little more weather-worn.

Yes this is the Town Hall, they are on the front of the building at either side of the main enterance.

Ok it is the Town Hall, left side of the portico to be exact. And as promised a coconut to everyone.
