Private H Higginson 20965

Some of this chap's medals are being offered on eBay. He was a member of the 11th(Service) Battalion of the East Lancs Regiment. What can Walter tell us about him?

Enlisted in the May/June 1915 intake, stretcher bearer, wounded 4 July 1916, former textile worker, lived in Chorley.
Survived the war.
The bidding for his 2 medals will get silly, I know one or two who will be after them.

Found it after a lot of messing about, can't say fleabay is a user friendly site.
whoevers selling it, has photographed it using page 222 of William Turners Accrington Pals as a backing.
