Errmm, No. The reason being that although the same, or similar, material is used ie:Sandstone, the Style is much earlier than that used on the Manchester Road building, which can be loosley defined as Art Deco as opposed to Neo Classical or Neo Baroque.

The exact and precise location is in St James' Street, above the door which is the entrance to St. James' Chambers, located above the Yorkshire Bank.
