I have the plot and grave number for a burial in Accrington cemetery - would someone be willing to have a look and see if there is a headstone?

She looked the name up in her records, found the number, then gave me a copy of the plans and marked the exact spot of the grave I was looking for. If you already have a number it will be even easier for her to locate the plot. Good luck. |
Re: Cemetery search request
I located the CB plots via an online map and set off this afternoon.
I could not find a grave marked 120,the majority had no grave number that I could see. I found CB122 and two graves to the left a headstone for a Mrs B! No number but the name was Hilda Brownrigg. I shall go again but next time visit the office as Gremlin suggests. |

I have been today and got the location from the office
There is no headstone on CB120. In the picture,122 is in the foreground and 118 is at the rear. |
Re: Cemetery search request
That is so kind of you - what a shame there is no stone. Thank you for going and taking the time and trouble- I really appreciate it :/)
