So today was "History" - i just wonder where that description came from. Two questions on NATO phonetics, some on geography, some on art and literature.
I think there was only one question that could be truly classified as History - "A study of past events"

We had history in the last selection.

Normally it's eight questions about Broadway musicals, and two about what pasta dishes not to eat on a first date.

The company that hosts the quiz is American, so there is a U.S. bias to the questions, because it's mainly Yankies who submit the quizes.

You can always make your own quiz, and submit it. I have.

Just hope we don't get The Lives and Loves of the Bloomsbury Set, or Modern Art 1907-14 tomorrow.

Mind you, I'll probably forget what the answers were, and still get some wrong.

Sure we had History in the last sessions of the quiz.
Quite agree, they weren't history to my mind either - just haven't been able to work out what the changes are except that there does appear to be rather more guesswork in the answers now, as has been previously commented upon.:confused:

By having exactly the same catagories each day of the week, many questions were being repeated on a regular basis.

So rather than guessing, it was simply a case of remembering the answer from the previous week, which became a little boring.

Hopefully now, if the catagories are set to random, we might even get new subjects, such as geography, sport, religion, animals, brain teasers etc.

When it comes to guessing, we're all in the same boat.

Have the categories changed?.. seemed to be a change for a few days but now it looks back to normal.. no complaints from myself I'm just asking

Something weird going on. Yesterday it showed I had played 8 times - I knew i had missed one day but perhaps i had missed 2???? Yesterday showed my score in the daily list, so it should now record that i have played 9 days this month - but it doesn't, it shows that i have played 7 days now. It would appear that I am losing a day instead of adding a day.
Please can someone explain what is happening?
