Tragic has given me CIGAR and CRAG, also TAIN (in SCotland) and ETNA(NAPOLEON )although I favour not having names. (like CRAIG), & IONA

I am impressed by the number of words that Retlaw has found and appreciate the amount of time he has put into this , but I have doubts about some of em. I haven't time at present to check in my Oxford English Dictionary, but feel sure that some of these won't stand come up to scratch, not to mention that garcon is a French word. (Ah went t'grammar schoo' tha knows) I wouldn't play scrabble with him - he'd be jewin'. I wish I coul;d say something funny abiout climbing ladders and falling down snakes but I can't think of owt.

Thank you for the doubtful compliment, but those word have come from years of doing cross words & anograms. I collected them and created a program, all I need to do now is type in the word and bingo.

All those words I printed have been used in a crossword at some time in the past twenty years, (Ah went tut Councul Scoo)
