Eaten too many sprouts today?

Here is a game combining sprouts eating with farting.
It has several levels to attain in controlling hunger and wind.
Just be sure to have your speakers on to enjoy it to the full ;)

I got to level 7 - feeding dad, wife, granny and baby
It does get a bit monotonous when you get to that level
Anybody got to a higher level? and does the quantity just increase? or is another feature added?
