I hold "loyalty" cards for Sainsburys and Tesco, and use either stores depending on several factors. 1. I prefer to buy my petrol from Sainsburys, so shop in Sainsburys when I need to fill up. 2. Tesco's used to be closest to my workplace, so I would visit Tesco's for bits 'n' pieces after work. By doing this I could take advantage of promotions in both stores and add a wider variety of products to my shopping basket.:D |
