spate of vehicle robberies
 

On Sunday the 15th november 2009 there was a spate of vehicle robberies on burnley road in the Huncoat area. The vehicles that were targeted were vans that contained tools and power tools. A vehicle must have been used to comit the crime and escape the scene. A blue transit sized vehicle was seen earlier in the day with a young dark haired man acting suspiciously, the van appeared more than once in the space of a few hours and drove slowly down a back alley that is only use by residents. The crime was comitted late sunday night early hours monday morning.

This post is to warn people and to invite users to help with the investigation.

I know isn't much help but I might have seen the same van over the weekend but just thought it was pikies, as usual...but will keep an eye out for it and try to get the reg......:(
