Here's an opportunity for you, however, sounds like a stretch that will go for a song, and cost a bomb in maintenance. Not very pleasant down there either :-

No reserve price, so best they can get I guess ... :D

Fish ? No idea .. maybe few stickleback or summat, cod or haddock from someone coming over the fields late at night after calling in the fish 'n chip shop. Doubt any trout or salmon. Would be interesting to hear from a local fisherperson to give us their thoughts.

Probably not, but don't shout about it,
it will be funny when the anti-fishing pundits get together spend a fortune buying it and putting 'no fishing private waters' signs up and then find it's empty.
