Sepp Blatter

Did you watch this idiot's press conference this afternoon?

He's lost it, big time. He treated his audience with total disrespect, by stonewalling perfectly reasonable questions, then had the cheek to start demanding respect from them.

He might win the vote on wednesday from the small countries he's managed to buy off over the years.

But in truth he's history. He's become a bit of a joke!

A bit of a joke is very polite, but then again there might be a mod watching :D

Sepp Blatter?
As per the title of the thread?
On the General Sport and Hobby Talk?
President of FIFA. World Governing Body of Football?
Headlines on all the news programmes tonight?

No?
Still not got him?
Ok, never mind. Go back to sleep.

The joke has been on us for many years... things don't help when our own F.A. are also a joke.
Blatter is an idiot but which of the other "candidates" would we (football supporters) like to see as head of FIFA?... as Ian Holloway said.."who are these people" ? :D

Think there could well be a 'C' in FIFA's shortsightedness "Crisis, What Crisis" where have I heard of that before:confused: It now appears that their major sponsors, Cokea-Cola and Adidas are showing concern, these people don't like to be associated with sleaze, and money talks, if FIFA delegates feel that some of the main sources of income might withdraw, they may just look at things in a slightly different light;)

I liked the comment on Sky News this morning that the only way to remove a dictator like Blatter is to send in a NATO military task force!

We might yet see helicopters hovering over his Zurich compound!

:)

Hasn't the vote been postponed because it looks like a one horse race......or have I got hold of the wrong end of the stick.......I only give half an ear to the football linked stuff...and that is onlybecause himself sometimes will ask me what is new in that direction.

I'm sure this fiasco will be like every political story of sleaze and corruption.....it will be hushed up, or whitewashed, and thse who are on the take will get away with shed loads of money(one way or another)...a bit like Sharon Shoesmith(bovine)!

Its still on Margaret, the reason being there are just two rules. Rule 1 Sepp Blatter is always right. rule 2 if it is proved that Sepp Blatter is wrong rule 1 applies;)
