Masterchef

Anybody else a fan of Masterchef? I love it and it is finals night tonight, who do you want to win and why?

I've watched quite a few, and have enjoyed it.

Sort of lost interest when 'Digger Dean' was robbed in the final a couple of years back.:D

Re: Masterchef

All three finalists were exceptional, but I think the right man won.

What he produded tonight was quite extraoridinary.

It really was haute cuisine, and a match for the fare featured in the Michelin starred restaurants.

Yes the right man won, if you had seen the progress he made through the contest you would be even more amazed. Felt quite sorry for the other two but so is life:)

As I can't cook I'm impressed with most things that come out of kitchens! They were all brilliant this week but I thought that Mat had something more which obviously put him in first place. Well done Mat.

Hes cooking the winning main course: Spider Crab Thermador on This Morning.

I dont eat seafood/fish/shellfish any thing that has come out of the water! lol. But it certainly looks fabulous. Would love to try the starter though.

I agree Matt def deserved to win. He made the biggest improvement by a mile during the contest.. in fact I was as gobsmacked as the judges at his final meal.. it was gorgeous looking which was far from his forte at the beginning!!

Good on ya matt :mosher:

What about an Aberdeen Angus that's been caught in a heavy shower?

:D

I thought Ming deserved to win on the night. His food looked high-quality restaurant standard, while the others didn't show that they'd learned as much.
