The Secret World Of Chaos

Did anyone else watch it?

I really do enjoy a good documentary and if it's something to do with an attempt at explaining science to a simple man I'm hooked from beginning to end.

It had the lot, butterfly effect, fractals and mentioned some of my scientific heroes, Alan Turing, Benoît Mandelbrot and all done without bending the mind with too much complicated maths.

Here is a link that can explain the programme better than I can.

BBC - BBC Four Programmes - The Secret Life of Chaos

At the bottom of the page is also a list of times it will be on again just in case your appetite has been whetted.

:)

I watched it, all those patterns. I'm going to tape it and watch it again. Might be able to grasp more of it when I have watched it a few times

It's on again at 0.45, I'll be watching it again then and it's followed @ 1.50 by another documentary called Time.

Michio Kaku introduces that one, (I bet you can't work out what that's about:D), nothing like a bit of light entertainment before bedtime.
:p
