I think his are the permanant ones - those that are pinned to the Jaw, implants. Cost about £20,000: worth it when your trying to re-launch your career! ;)

I don't know whether they are like whole dentures fixed into the gum with metal screws. Or each tooth has been crowned and veenered individually. I suppose must just brush them with toothpaste? Remember Shane McGowan of the band Pougues. He had rotten stumps for years. Only recently did he have proper implants/dentures put in!
